JGMAKER ASA Filament
JGMAKER ASA is an engineering-grade 3D printing filament designed for demanding applications. With excellent weather, UV, water, and heat resistance, it delivers reliable strength, toughness, and dimensional stability even in long-term outdoor environments.
ASA
Engineered for the Outdoors
Easy to Print, Easy to Enjoy
Prolonged sunlight can cause ordinary materials to fade, age, and lose performance. JGMAKER ASA offers excellent UV resistance to help withstand the effects of long-term sun exposure, keeping outdoor prints looking and performing better for longer.
Weather-Ready, Rain or Shine
Designed to handle rain, moisture, and changing outdoor conditions, JGMAKER ASA maintains reliable material performance. From outdoor storage and planters to feeders and functional components, it is built to support demanding outdoor applications.
Heat Resistant, Built for Tough Conditions
Compared with standard PLA, JGMAKER ASA offers superior heat resistance and maintains structural stability in higher-temperature environments. It is well suited for automotive components, outdoor equipment, and other functional applications exposed to elevated temperatures.
Wide Compatibility, Ready for Your Printer
JGMAKER ASA is compatible with popular FDM 3D printers that support ASA filament. With the appropriate nozzle temperature, heated bed, and printing environment, you can unlock its full potential in strength, weather resistance, and heat resistance.

I bought this ASA filament specifically to make functional parts for outdoor use. It prints beautifully; the finished product is sturdy and durable with a clean, attractive look. ASA is far superior to standard PLA for projects exposed to sunlight and temperature fluctuations, and this filament met my needs perfectly.
This ABS filament is of excellent quality. The gray finish is clean, it feeds smoothly from the spool, and the printed parts are strong and uniform. It maintains consistent dimensions and has performed reliably across multiple projects. It is a great choice for users needing tough, heat-resistant filament, delivering exactly the performance you’d expect from high-quality ABS.
JGMAKER ASA offers excellent print quality, reliable performance, and great value for money. I will definitely purchase it again for future projects and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-print ASA filament that delivers exactly what it promises.
Prints beautifully, and it's one of the best prices you'll find for filament.
Requires an enclosed printer housing for printing. It is extremely strong and durable, capable of withstanding very harsh environments. It is versatile and exceptionally rugged.

I've used plenty of ABS and PLA before, but this was my first time using ASA, and I'm very pleased with the results. It arrived well-sealed, and the feeding was smooth.
Really like this filament; the print quality is great, and I haven't had any issues!
I recently tried out the JGMAKER ASA filament, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From the moment I loaded it into the printer, the entire process was smooth and trouble-free. The filament fed consistently without tangling or snapping, and it maintained steady, reliable extrusion across multiple print jobs.

I had absolutely no issues printing with this filament. Adhesion (both to the build plate and between layers) was excellent, there was no warping, and the filament flowed smoothly and evenly.
The print quality is excellent—very clean, with no issues at all.
This material prints well and looks fantastic.
This has become one of my go-to ASA filaments for functional prints. I’ve completely moved away from PLA and PETG now. Swapping filaments between projects is a hassle, and non-engineering filaments often become brittle or inconsistent after sitting in storage for a few months. ASA, on the other hand, is durable; models I printed months ago still look and perform just as well as the day they were made.
High-quality filament perfect for outdoor projects
I had never heard of this brand before and didn't know what to expect. This ABS filament performs just as well as similar products I've used from brands like Sunlu, Polymaker, or Overture.
Fresh quality, prints are solid; very satisfied, though I wish they offered more colors.
It prints beautifully, runs very smoothly, and the finished results look great.
This stuff prints great. Just remember to lower your print speed.
High-quality ASA filament; excellent print quality.
I am very satisfied with the performance, price, and ease of use of this filament; if it maintains its current relatively low price, I will likely buy it again.
I’ve gone through 8 rolls of this filament and ordered another 3. I’ve had a 100% success rate with all my prints. I use a Bambu H2D printer with an active heating chamber and a 0.6mm high-flow nozzle. I set the printer to use Bambu ASA settings. I mostly use the stock build plate, cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) every few prints. The people I make things for really love this color (brown); it’s perfect for outdoor gear as it blends in with the ground. Plus, it offers great value for money. This is my go-to brand for ASA filament—it has never let me down.
Excellent quality ASA; it maintains great performance even with continuous 24-hour outdoor use.
This ASA filament prints beautifully! I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the finished print. I hope the filament maintains this high standard.
One of the biggest concerns people have with ASA filament is warping, but I’m happy to say I didn't experience that at all. Even when printing larger models, bed adhesion was excellent, and the corners stayed perfectly flat.
JGMAKER is my go-to ASA filament.
Good stuff, second roll
I’ve just started successfully printing with ASA, so I bought several rolls in different colors to get ready for some actual production work. So far, I’ve been learning how to get it to lay flat on the build plate and ensure good layer adhesion.
I had heard that ASA was much harder to print than PLA, so I was a little worried about trying it. But honestly, it wasn't nearly as difficult as I expected. Once the printing environment and settings were dialed in, it printed very smoothly.
I needed to print a part that would be exposed to higher temperatures, so PLA and PETG weren't ideal choices. JGMaker ASA was a great fit for the job. The finished part is very strong and feels much better suited for this type of application than the standard plastics I've used before.
The filament fed very consistently throughout the print. I ran several prints for hours without any clogging, breaking, or noticeable extrusion problems. The filament diameter seems very consistent, and the print results have been reliable.
The print quality is excellent. The layers look consistent and the details come out very clean. Once I dialed in the temperature, the whole print was very stable. I especially like the matte finish - it gives the parts a much more professional look than regular PLA.
